We loved working with Kerry to find our dream home! It took months of searching, countless offers, and more open houses than we can remember. I don't know how much good luck we used up finding Kerry, but it's 100% worth it in my book. We were paired with her after submitting a viewing request, and after our first meeting, we didn't want to even look to work with anyone else. Kerry is not only extremely knowledgeable and highly professional, she is also straightforward, down-to-earth, incredibly kind, and super patient. She listened to everything we said - and even caught things we didn't know we mentioned or showed interest in - and applied that to our searches. She is so good at this that, I'm not kidding, our second viewing trip with her included the house that would become our home. We would sometimes get a little in our heads (this is our first house after apartment living for 15+ years) and Kerry was amazing at bringing us back down and being real with us. She let us know when something was realistic and when something probably wasn't a good a fit for us upon seeing it. There was never a moment where we felt we were being pushed into something that wasn't right for us, and also felt safe that she wouldn't let us go down a path that would end up being a mistake. Her transparency, candidness, confidence, and humor made the entire evaluation feel so much less overwhelming. During the entire process - from viewing, to offering, to negotiations, to lawyers and lenders, to inspections, to finalizing, to closing - Kerry was not only in the loop but she was in step with us. I know that's expected, but she went above and beyond to be available when we needed her and never rushed us off when we had a million questions or concerns. She didn't just represent us, but was our advocate for other parties, while still continuing to guide us and explain everything to us along the way. It's an insane time with the market, and somehow, Kerry plucked our perfect-for-us house out of (seemingly) thin air, and made the entire journey so secure and comfortable, that it was actually enjoyable despite the inherent stress of homebuying. Sorry this is so long, but if any other people out there are looking for someone they can trust, I want to really drive home how amazing Kerry truly is to work with. It's one thing to work with a great realtor, but it's a totally different experience to work with someone who actually cares about you and where you end up - and that's Kerry.

Kerry is an amazing realtor and person. She helped my husband and I find our first home. As a first time home-buyer, we were very overwhelmed by the process. When we first met Kerry, she showed us around a few homes and listened to what we liked/disliked. She took everything we said into consideration and helped us narrow down our search.
